Kip Kirchberg brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology and cybersecurity to the Trade Jobs Matter board, having built and led security programs across some of America's largest Fortune 500 companies, including Nucor Steel and Kellogg's. As a Senior Security Architect, Kip understands firsthand that the backbone of American industry — its factories, plants, and infrastructure — depends on skilled tradespeople who show up every day and keep things running.
Beyond his corporate career, Kip is deeply rooted in Central Florida's community fabric. He serves as an advocate for Culpepper's Cardiac Foundation, supporting life-saving AED placements throughout Polk County, Rockin on the Chain Benefiting Autism Special Needs and is Co-Founder of the Daily Ridge Media Group, a local news organization reaching over 2 million unique monthly page views across the Polk County market.
Kip joined the Trade Jobs Matter board because he believes in a simple truth: a young person with a wrench, a multimeter, or a set of blueprints can build just as rewarding a life as one with a four-year degree — and our communities desperately need both.
