What Is a Chapter?

A Trade Jobs Matter chapter is a local community hub that connects high school students with trade employers and career pathways. Each chapter is led by a Chapter Director — a community leader who organizes monthly convenings, recruits employer partners, and builds relationships with local schools.

Chapters operate in a single city or metro area and are supported by the national Trade Jobs Matter organization with training, resources, and a proven playbook.
